Gayle has been a part of the beauty industry since 1976. She started her career in her home state of Michigan and followed her dreams by moving to Encinitas in 1980 to open Headlines The Salon in 1987.
"My dream was to have a team of like-minded people who work together to provide love and beauty to our clients. It truly is a gift we get to give.” Gayle is incredibly passionate about giving back to her community. Both her and her business, Headlines The Salon, are also involved with Hair to Stay, which is dedicated to helping cancer patients afford scalp cooling treatment to save their hair during chemo.

"I am so grateful for the beauty industry as it has opened so many doors and given me the opportunity to travel and meet so many amazing people".
