Service Adjustment Policy
It's important to us at Headlines The Salon that our clients are happy with their hair services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your hair after your appointment, we invite you to return to the salon within 2 weeks for a complimentary adjustment. It's important to note that service adjustments are at our discretion, but we will always do our best to make things right. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Please note that we do not offer refunds for services rendered.
Pricing Transparency
At our salon, we have a level system in place that allows our stylists to advance as the demand for their time increases. If you have any questions about pricing for alternate levels, please feel free to contact our Guest Experience Team over the phone.
Every client is unique, and so is their hair. At Headlines The Salon, we use Vish color scale technology to tailor pricing specifically to your hair's needs, ensuring fairness and accuracy in charges. This ensures that everyone receives personalized and precise care.
We also offer consultations with the stylist of your choice to give you a better idea of the cost of your services
Credit Card Policy
At Headlines The Salon, we kindly ask all clients to provide a credit card to have on file in support of our cancellation policy.
Rest assured that your card will not be charged unless you fail to give us at least 24 hours' notice of your cancellation or if you miss your appointment without prior notice.
In such cases, we will inform you of the charge at the time of the missed appointment.

Late Cancellation/No Show Policy
We kindly remind you of our cancellation policy to ensure that both you and our staff can make the most of our time and meet other important commitments.
To accommodate your needs, we reserve large amounts of time for your appointments. Please be aware that any changes to scheduled appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Our salon will send you a courtesy email five days in advance and an SMS reminder three days in advance of your appointment, but you are still responsible for the appointments you have made.
If you need to cancel or modify your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment's start time. Failure to notify the salon of changes may result in charges as follows:

Cancellation without 24 hours notice: the guest is responsible for the total amount of services booked

No call/no show: the guest may be responsible for the total amount of services booked
If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service charges. Please note that appointments booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.
As a courtesy, we will send you appointment confirmation messages via email and SMS. However, failing to respond to these messages does not count as canceling an appointment.
Out of respect for our guests, services for guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will be honored at Headlines The Salon discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for the following appointments.
Please be aware that applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

Product Returns
Headlines The Salon proudly stands behind all its products including; Oribe, R+Co, Innersense, K18, Zenagen and hair brushes. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased at Headlines The Salon, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to other products or your choice if returned within 14 days from date of purchase.
All sales of hair brushes, candles, hair accessories, and jewelry are final. No returns and no exchanges.
Gift Cards
Gift Certificates/Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Headlines The Salon reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the policies under which products, services & www.headlinesthesalon.com is offered. We reserve the right to refuse products & services to anyone at its discretion if it feels the policies herein are being abused.
